Bridgecontact acts as the intermediary between parties interested in establishing and/or maintaining contacts all over the world, from Western Europe to China, from India to Canada and from America to India. To accomodate various forms of meditation, Bridgecontact's activities are organized into 5 divisions:

    1. contracting of search orders
        a) bringing parties together for a fixed fee
         b) mediating between parties as a consultant
    2. consulting and advisory work
    3. trade for Bridgecontact's own account
    4. your "own"company in Shanghai


        'The Bridge' is built by commercial teams currently consisting of 18 members (spread all over the world), all of whom all have their own specialized fields of expertise. Bridgecontact tries to mirror its European/ American and Chinese arms of the organization. The European organization is headquartered in the heart of Amsterdam whereas the Chinese headquarters is in Shanghai with members residing in Taiwan, and India.

    Physically the organization can be best characterized as a virtual network structured to keep overhead and other cost as low as possible.

    Bridgecontact.com is privately funded and works independently. It is not Government initiated or subsidized and is therefor able to maintain full independence and credibility towards its clients and partners. Bridgecontact's revenues are made up of commissions on the business transactions generated by intermediation or an hourly consultancy fee. In trading for bridgecontact's own account, profit is derived from the specific transactions conducted.
Bridgecontact's mission is: to make the gap between western Europe and the rest of the world smaller by establishing personal and business contacts that improve the transfer of information in both directions.

Confirmation

Bridgecontact will establish a contact between - ....... and ..... in the industry specified by the principal..
The ultimate goal to be reached through the establishment of this contact may vary between just an exchange of knowledge to a comprehensive business relation.

........ and Bridgecontact agree upon the following:

1. Bridgecontact wil establish a first contact between principal and a partner in China according to specifications given by principal.

2. Upon request Bridgecontact will interpret Chinese verbal and written correspondence.

3. Bridgecontact's conditions are :
A. € 500,- to be paid upfront.
B. 10% with a minimum of € 1500,- over the  transactions made between principal and the contact established by Bridgecontact,during the first 2 years of the relationship,  to start after the first financial transaction has taken place.
or:
C. Consultancy, with a minimum of € 320 (4 hour's consultancy).
D. All mentioned amounts are excluding 19% VAT.
Our activities as laid out in this confirmation will start after reception of the initial fee as detailed under 3 A or 3C.

4. This agreement is automatically terminated after we received our commissions as laid out in point 3B.

5 All Bridgecontacts activities are subject to Dutch law.

6. Bridgecontact does not accept any resposibility (financially or other) should difficulties arise between parties. Bridgecontacts role is limited to establishing a contact between the 2 parties concerned.

7. Bridgecontact cannot be held liable for damage of any nature when parties act upon information provided by Bridgecontact.

8. Both undersigned agree to full confidentiality of all information transferred between parties in the light of this confirmation..
